  • Elizabeth Khan

    FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Elizabeth Khan is a systems thinker, policy strategist, and advocate for safe, ethical access to psychedelic-assisted healing. As the founder and executive director of GLOW Idaho, she leads with a vision rooted in science, safety, and policy—ensuring any consideration of psychedelic medicine in Idaho is guided by research and shaped by community values.

    She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Ethics, a Master of Science in Cyber Operations and is a graduate of InnerTrek’s Psilocybin Facilitator Program. Elizabeth is also a graduate professor in cyber operations, where her work centers on cybersecurity policy, information assurance, and systems thinking.

    Drawing on her interdisciplinary background she brings a uniquely integrative perspective to her leadership. She is deeply committed to building conscious systems that allow individuals and communities to heal, grow, and thrive

  • Tyler Norris

    BOARD CHAIR

    Tyler Norris, MDiv, has more than four decades advancing community health and well-being initiatives across the U.S. and globally. He is co-founder and director of the CEO Alliance for Mental Health, a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a board member for Mindful Philanthropy and the National Academies of Science’s Forum for Child Well Being.  He is a trusted advisor to major health systems, philanthropies, and governmental agencies. From 2017–2022, Tyler served as the founding CEO of Well Being Trust, stewarding more than $65 million in direct investments to strengthen mental, social, and spiritual health nationwide.

    His prior roles include leading Total Health at Kaiser Permanente and supporting crisis response as a non-denominational chaplain. A longtime social entrepreneur, Tyler brings deep experience at the intersection of healthcare delivery, behavioral health, and community resilience.

  • Tess Molitor

    LOBBYIST

    Tess Molitor, JD, is the founder of Molitor & Associates, a Boise-based government relations and public policy firm. With over two decades of experience in Idaho politics, she has represented clients on issues ranging from water policy and education to health care and tax reform

    As a full-time participant in the Idaho political process, Tess has extensive experience in drafting and lobbying legislation, legislative advocacy, and administrative rulemaking. She has also built strong working relationships with members of the legislature, the executive branch, agency officials, and policy advisors statewide.

    Previously, she served as Vice President at the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry, developed her contract lobbying practice at Boise law firm Elam & Burke, and was director of government relations for Centra Consulting before starting her firm in 2011. Tess holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Theatre from Whitman College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana.

  • Theo Wold

    ADVISOR

    Theo Wold is the Director of the Administrative State Project at the Claremont Institute’s Center for the American Way of Life and a Washington Fellow with the Institute. He most recently served as Solicitor General of Idaho and previously as Acting Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy.

    From 2017 to 2021, Theo served as Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy in the Trump White House, following his tenure as Deputy Chief Counsel to U.S. Senator Mike Lee on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Earlier in his career, he clerked for Judge Janice Rogers Brown on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge José Antonio Fusté on the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

    Theo holds a B.A. in Government and English from Georgetown University, an M.Litt. in English Literature from the University of St. Andrews, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame

  • Nate Howard

    SENIOR STRATEGIST

    Nate Howard is a seasoned policy strategist and respected leader in Oregon’s plant-medicine and public-health landscape. He served as an advisor to Oregon’s Ballot Measure 109 (Psilocybin Services Initiative) and played a key role in advancing Measure 110, which expanded access to behavioral-health services statewide. Nate also served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Mayor of Portland and previously held the role of Chief of Staff in the Oregon State Legislature.

    With a background in public policy from the University of Oregon, Nate brings deep experience in legislative strategy, regulatory reform, and coalition building. He currently facilitates the Plant Medicine Healing Alliance, supporting evidence-based, community-informed approaches to psychedelic policy. Nate’s expertise strengthens GLOW’s commitment to responsible, science-driven pathways for improving mental-health outcomes for Veterans, first responders, and Idaho communities.

  • Mike Kingsley

    ADVISOR

    Mike Kingsley is a former Idaho State Representative and long-standing advocate for addiction recovery. Having served on the District 2 Behavioral Health Council and the Governor’s Task Force for Opioid Addiction, he understands how deeply substance use impacts Idaho families. Mike has also served on numerous boards, including the Tri-State Hospital Advisory Board, and continues to champion pathways to healing, recovery, and hope for Idahoans.

  • Michael Myhre MD

    ADVISOR

    Dr. Michael Myhre is a retired physician and pathologist and founder of IDX Pathology, later acquired by LabCorp. He has served as President of both the Idaho Medical Association and the Ada County Medical Society and is highly respected across Idaho’s medical community for his clinical expertise and leadership.

  • Brian Ertz

    LEGAL COUNSEL

    Brian Ertz is a Boise-based attorney and policy strategist with extensive experience navigating high-stakes legislative, regulatory, and public-facing policy environments. He serves as GLOW Idaho’s legal counsel, helping shape, strengthen, and advance the Veteran Research Pilot Bill so it is legally sound, strategically positioned, and aligned with federal precedent and Idaho’s political realities.

    Known for his ability to operate at the intersection of law, policy, and public narrative, Brian brings an interdisciplinary perspective to complex issues involving health, science, and natural systems, informed by his academic background in horticulture and years of policy engagement. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor from Concordia University School of Law.
