  • Elizabeth Khan, MS

    FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Elizabeth Khan is a systems thinker, policy strategist, and advocate for safe, ethical access to psychedelic healing. As the founder and Executive Director of GLOW Idaho, she leads the organization with a vision rooted in science, safety, and policy —working to ensure that any future consideration of psychedelic medicine in Idaho is guided by research and shaped by community values.

    Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Cyber Operations & Resilience and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. She is also a graduate of InnerTrek’s Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program.

    With a background spanning cybersecurity, public health, and ethics, Elizabeth brings an interdisciplinary lens to her leadership and is deeply committed to building conscious systems that allow communities to thrive.

  • Nate Howard BA

    SENIOR STRATEGIST

    Nate Howard is a seasoned policy strategist and respected leader in Oregon’s plant-medicine and public-health landscape. He served as an advisor to Oregon’s Ballot Measure 109 (Psilocybin Services Initiative) and played a key role in advancing Measure 110, which expanded access to behavioral-health services statewide. Nate also served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Mayor of Portland and previously held the role of Chief of Staff in the Oregon State Legislature.

    With a background in public policy from the University of Oregon, Nate brings deep experience in legislative strategy, regulatory reform, and coalition building. Nate’s expertise strengthens GLOW’s commitment to responsible, science-driven pathways for improving mental-health outcomes for Veterans, first responders, and Idaho communities.

  • Micah Akenzuah, MST

    TREASURER

    Micah Akenzuah is a seasoned financial strategist with a strong commitment to collective healing, transparency, and the responsible stewardship of resources. As Treasurer of GLOW Idaho, he brings over a decade of experience in public accounting, auditing, and financial systems to support the long-term sustainability of GLOW’s mission.

    With a background auditing multi-billion-dollar firms and guiding individuals through strategic financial planning, Micah ensures that GLOW Idaho operates with integrity, clarity, and the infrastructure needed to grow responsibly. Beyond his technical expertise, Micah is deeply inspired by the transformative potential of psychedelic medicine—particularly its ability to support mental health, awaken consciousness, and repair cycles of generational harm.
